The Gestra’s GCV is a general purpose control valve engineered for steam, condensate and gases applications. The GCV provides reliable and precise control of temperature and pressure in your process. The general purpose control valve is design to be highly flexible to meet your requirements. You can select from a wide range of body materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, sg iron, cast iron and alloy steel ranging from ASME 150 to ASME 600.

The flexible modular design allow you to adapt your valve to your process whenever you please. You can select form different noise reduction technologies, stem sealings, reduced flow trims, and seats.

The top and bottom guided stem of the GCV ensures near perfect stem allignment and long steam seal life.Scraper and dust rings along the stem path prevent any particule from damaging the stem. The GCV features a cage retained seat and plug design to improve shut-off thightness and reduce leakage across the seat. The standard hard trim materials prevent damage from erosion and corrosion against most media.
