A fully sealed IP66 and NEMA 4X enclosure provides complete protection against water and dust ingress, making the SM500F ideal for water jet and dirty applications, even in the harshest environments. With a choice of mounting options and an ultra-thin design, the recorder can be installed in virtually any location, from panels to pipes to walls. Front-mounted pushbuttons allow easy data selection in a user-friendly Windows environment. Commissioning, parameterization and fine tuning are easily performed using the simple and concise menus. Additional support is provided by an integrated, context-sensitive and extensive help function.

Fully compliant with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) 21 CFR Part 11 regulations for electronic process data collection, the SM500F is ideal for any installation where local indication and recording of process conditions is required. Typical applications include monitoring of temperature, humidity, cold rooms, warehouses, effluents and boreholes.
