Neles™ SwitchGuard™ is an exceptional intelligent on/off valve controller that may be used with any type of valve actuator. Users can ensure that their switching and high cycling valves will be available in demanding operations thanks to large pneumatics capacity and incorporated diagnostic features.
Neles™ SwitchGuard™ is an exceptional intelligent on/off valve controller that may be used with any type of valve actuator. Users can ensure that their switching and high cycling valves will be available in demanding operations thanks to large pneumatics capacity and incorporated diagnostic features.
Since the Neles™ SwitchGuard™ SG9000 is an integrated solution, it reduces installation costs by eliminating the need for external solenoid valves. The high pneumatics capacity of SwitchGuard™ makes it possible to reach fast valve opening and closing times without any extra instrumentation. This way the need for engineering work is minimized. The SG9000 also includes
With SwitchGuard™ you are able to control valve opening and closing with ramp profiles. This means you can define the valve opening and closing times, as well as the stroking ramp profile independently. This feature is especially useful in minimizing the pressure impacts on piping (water hammering). With SwitchGuard™ ’s unique diagnostics features you can follow the condition of your on/off valves and practice true predictive maintenance.
The SG9000 series deliverrs unique embedded diagnostic features to the user to guarantee the availablility of their switching valves in demanding applications. Using FDT technology, diagnostic data is packaged in a way that is simple to interpret, enabling scheduled maintenance of possibly failing valve assemblies before they have a chance to affect the process.
