SignalFire RANGER Node – Cellular IoT Transmitter for Remote Sensor Monitoring

The SignalFire RANGER Node is a rugged, sensor-agnostic cellular transmitter designed to simplify and modernize remote sensor monitoring. Engineered for industrial environments, the RANGER Node eliminates the need for trenching or cabling by wirelessly connecting sensors to the cloud, enabling fast deployment, reduced installation costs, and real-time access to critical data.

Seamless Wireless Integration

Whether upgrading an existing system or building a new one, the RANGER Node offers plug-and-play connectivity with virtually any sensor. It supports analog, digital, Modbus, HART®, and SDI-12 protocols, making it compatible with a wide range of industrial instrumentation. Once connected, the RANGER powers the sensor and transmits data securely over LTE CAT M1 or NB-IoT cellular networks using MQTT/SparkPlug messaging.

    Includes analog and digital inputs, latching relay output, and configurable sensor power (13V or 18V, up to 60mA).

    • 2AI1DI Module: Adds 2 analog and 1 digital input.
    • Modbus Module: Supports up to 8 slaves and 96 registers.
    • HART® Module: Supports 1–15 devices with full diagnostics.

  • Cloud Connectivity
    Compatible with the SignalFire Cloud or any MQTT-ready platform. Offers real-time monitoring, alarming, and reporting.
