Neles™ Neldisc™ wafer type LW and lug type LG series metal seated, triple eccentric disc valves are specially designed to fulfill the requirements of chemical, petrochemical, refining and pulp and paper industries. With nearly equal percentage characteristics and superior tightness Neldisc™ triple eccentric disc valves operate both in control and shut-off applications.
As a result of the unique triple eccentric geometry Neldisc™, the contact between disc and seat is mechanically induced and does not rely on assistance from differential pressure. The Neldisc™ triple eccentric metal seated design, provides extended operational life in tight shut-off, high cycle, high temperature, and abrasive applications.
The unique S-disc flow treatment option expands application possibilities beyond those of typical butterfly valves.
