Neles™ Neldisc™ wafer type L1 and lug type L2 series metal seated, triple eccentric disc valves are specially designed to fulfill the requirements of chemical, petrochemical, refining, and pulp and paper industries in large DN. With nearly equal percentage characteristics and superior tightness Neldisc™ triple eccentric disc valves operate both in control and shut-off applications.
The Neldisc™ triple eccentric metal seated design, provides extended operational life in tight shut-off, high cycle, high temperature, and abrasive applications. As a result of the unique triple eccentric geometry Neldisc™, the contact between disc and seat is mechanically induced and does not rely on assistance from differential pressure.
The unique S-disc flow treatment option expands application possibilities beyond those of typical butterfly valves.
