The EL-7000 is specifically designed to meet the requirements of most technical schools for basic instrumentation and control training.

This closed-loop system allows for precise control of both level and flow. It features two tanks: a horizontal tank serving as a water reserve and a transparent column for level regulation. Level measurement is performed using a pressure transducer (0-30 inches of water). A control valve with a positioner is used for regulation. The 4-20 mA signal is converted with an I/P converter, and a 3-15 psi signal is sent to the electropneumatic positioner.

For flow measurement, the system uses a paddlewheel flowmeter with an integrated LCD display, indicating flow rates from 0 to 10 l/min. A panel switch allows users to select whether to send the measurement signal for flow or level control, depending on the desired operation. The system is of professional quality, with a structure made of aluminum and stainless steel struts. The control panel is manufactured according to industry standards, and wiring diagrams are provided. Junction boxes are added to each instrument, enabling easy connections for students.

Upon receipt, the module is complete and ready to use. It requires an air supply of approximately 60 PSIG and 120 VAC power to operate.
